ABOUT

Meet the team.

BISHOP’s work culture is built around patient-first product engineering. The team blends clinical biomechanics with hands-on design and manufacturing to deliver orthotics derived from high-resolution LiDAR scans. Day-to-day, that means a tight feedback loop between prototyping and testing. Every new tool and material as an opportunity to improve stability, comfort, and real-world performance. The operation is craft-forward and quality-driven. Materials are sourced domestically and braces are prepared, finished, and assembled by hand with an explicit focus on quality control in Shreveport, Louisiana.
